European lawyer and structurer of sophisticated international investment and wealth vehicles, with more than twenty years of experience designing, governing and restructuring cross-border structures across leading financial jurisdictions — as counsel, general partner, conducting officer and director, with particular experience in Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Mexico and The Bahamas, between others.
He sits on boards and investment committees of the vehicles he helps design, combining legal judgment with direct responsibility for governance, execution and outcomes. Working in Spanish, English and French, he acts as the point of convergence between investors, families, lawyers, bankers, asset managers and auditors when complex international structures require clear decisions.
